FBI says Fire an act of God!

I don't think anyone is going to buy this news story given that string of fires ...

Mostly a story told by the FBI so that whoever set the fire, will start another church fire

Lightning might have caused South Carolina church fire, FBI says

(CNN)Federal investigators suspect lightning might have caused the fire at Mount Zion African Methodist Episcopal Church in Greeleyville, South Carolina, senior officials in the FBI said Wednesday morning.
The FBI has been working with the National Weather Service to determine whether the heavy storms in the area contributed to the fire. A forensics report of lightning strikes by CNN meteorologists shows four strikes occurred in the immediate vicinity of the church, all at 7:18 p.m. ET Tuesday....

IRS is corrupt!

IT boss ‘blown away’ that IRS backup tapes in Lerner case erased, watchdog says

The chief technology officer at the IRS was "blown away" after learning backup tapes that likely contained messages to and from controversial ex-official Lois Lerner were destroyed, according to an internal government watchdog report.
The 1,600-page report, prepared by the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration, examined the agency's handling of Lerner's missing emails and apparent computer crash. Lerner is the former official at the heart of the scandal over IRS targeting of Tea Party and other conservative groups, but lawmakers were told last year that some of her electronic communications had been lost.

The effort to recover those files has seemingly been marked by a string of blunders. Inspector General J. Russell George first told lawmakers last week that 422 backup tapes were "magnetically erased" around March 4, 2014, meaning thousands of emails might never be recovered.
The IG report, which is not expected to be made public but has been viewed by Fox News, does not point to any deliberate cover-up. The report says investigators found "no evidence that the IRS and its employees purposely erased the tapes in order to conceal" some of the emails in question.
However, the report demonstrates the IRS did a sloppy job retaining documents despite a House Ways and Means Committee directive to do so.
Late Thursday Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md., ranking member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, responded to the report, saying, “After spending more than $20 million and three years investigating, the Inspector General’s conclusions remain the same:  there is no evidence to substantiate Republican claims of political motivation, White House involvement, or intentional destruction of evidence.  It’s time to stop this political witch hunt and focus on investigations that impact American’s lives."

According to the report, IRS Chief Technology Officer Terry Milholland told the IG office he was "blown away" after learning the tapes had been demagnetized -- a process known as "degaussing." This was done at the IRS's IT center in Martinsburg, W.Va. Those tapes are believed to have contained Lerner emails that "were responsive to Congressional demands and subpoenas," the report says.
"Backup tapes were destroyed as a result of IRS management," the report says, noting officials failed to appropriately follow a May 2013 directive from Milholland concerning record preservation.
The report further states that the IRS "did not fully identify as a source or perform recovery attempts for email" associated with Lerner. It says that as many as "23,000 to 24,000 email messages may not have been provided to Congress."
Beginning in the summer of 2011, according to the report, there was an effort by the IRS to recover the failed hard drive belonging to Lerner.
A July 19, 2011, email from Carl Froehlich, who headed the service's "Agency Wide Shared Services" division, to Lerner declared that "Lillie Wilburn" was on the case. Wilburn is the IRS's program manager of network services for IT in Atlanta.
"It may be too late - don't send them off to the hard drive cemetery," Lerner wrote to the IRS' IT department on July 20.
On Aug. 5, 2011, Wilburn wrote to Lerner: "Unfortunately the news is not good. The sectors of the hard drive were bad which made your data [unrecoverable]. I am very sorry. Everyone tried their best."
Lerner then replied: "Thanks for trying. It really do appreciate the effort. Sometimes stuff just happens."
Before leaving the agency, Lerner led the division that came under fire for allegedly singling out conservative groups for additional scrutiny as they sought nonprofit status

FBI Pet Peeve escaped

Unread postby Batman » Wed Jun 10, 2015 5:49 am

I was working with a partner on some small job, and he stated "that the FBI would like us to look at an "emergency job" ...

.. So we rush over to take a look (check it out) and they bring us in to show us WAT  :whoa: ... THEY BRING US INTO A ROOM IN WHICH A CREATURE is "sitting up like a dog" - it had white shaggy fur and the body of a large wolf like creature (no tail), with the head that looked like a "PINCHER BUG" with 2 Human legs...  :wideeye:

They made this creature take a walk around in a circle, like you would a trained animal in a circus .. Then it disappeared

My partner and I are alone in the room, as I turn to him and say, "WAT ":?: ...
(Like you want us to chase down this mans butt coming out of a WAT)
I was awaken by a cat..
But I know WAT the FBI Pet Peeve is.

Hmm ... in the dream the vanished .. So I am pretty sure after a week of intense searching ... It's considered a waist of resources to continue in this style. They should only go with reported sightings...

Though you might try Looking at Waywood Pines, as Burke in nearby

:eat: hmm how does that work anyways, does the state of New York foot the bill, or is the Federal Government going further in debt :?

This could be it, as when I first looked at a map these were the two places "Owl head and mountain view" stood out! But I kind of like Burke because the FBI was lost in the woods, and it reminded me of them looking through "Waywood Pines"
Police hunting two convicted murderers swarmed a corner of upstate New York late Sunday after another possible sighting — this time linked to a break-in at a hunting cabin.

Investigators and military trucks converged on the communities of Mountain View and Owls Head after the owner of the cabin saw a single individual fleeing the scene.

The sighting, which occurred early Saturday, is being probed by state police, Franklin County Acting District Attorney Glenn McNeil told NBC News.

I guess this meant half of the two of them...
Pincher bug motion was chopping them in half...

As I took a waking guess after looking at a map a couple days after and was going to say... Owl Head .. but Mountain View sounded familiar (living in the Bay Area) ... But went with Burke   due to Wayward Pines
(I kind of have fun with the Holy Ghost as it's batty stuff  :neer: )

So.. was Wayward Pines close enough to BURKE to get the  :2cents:

Purple pin drop is where these guys escaped ... The yellow guy is where he was caught

:geek: I wonder how much it cost to catch this guy... (All said and done?... as it would of been cost efficient to just put an arrest warrant out on them instead of this long of a man hunt )
BATTY OUT!  :neer:

Father's Day Stand

I went to mass today at a Christian Church and it touch on the theme of Father's Day and how the HOLY SPIRIT moves us.. as it got into Isiah 42:1-9 and John 6:60-70 ... as one of the things that stood out with me was that 25 million children grow up without a dad... as I happen to be one of those dads in this stat.

As I was forced out of my role as a dad, because I tried to argue against a bunch of thugs who I claimed were corrupt from the start of my divorce... as I was forced off my property and place of work.. as all my assets were tie up into a house I had just built at 11209 Staffer Lane in Cupertino Ca.
(I was a general contractor)

The judge and my ex wife attorney were buddy buddies as ...
I tried to use laws like 170.6 http://law.onecle.com/california/civil-procedure/170.6.html prior

as I recalled submitting the latest numbers of the U.S. Census Bureau that about 85% of woman get awarded custody of the kids...,

I'll edit it in ..

The Cold War, makes this the Summer to watch

It's just a matter of time before a Cold War goes Hot! Sometime this summer

These kinds of war games don't help keep the peace, and are a waist of resource by all sides.

Britain and its Nato allies are in a Cold War-style arms race with Russia, the British defence secretary indicated today.
Michael Fallon said that a war game taking place this week in Poland, close to the Russian border, was sending a message to Moscow that the alliance will not be intimidated by “sabre rattling”.
His comments came as it emerged that several Russian ships have come “too close for comfort” to a detachment of four Nato warships, including the Royal Navy’s flagship, which is taking part in the exercise, a US naval source said.

This is the Summer

32"Now learn the parable from the fig tree: when its branch has already become tender and puts forth its leaves, you know that summer is near; 33so, you too, when you see all these things, recognize that He is near, right at the door.…

N. Korea nuclear test unlikely until fall: US think-tank

Recent satellite imagery suggests North Korea is unlikely to conduct a fresh nuclear test in coming months, according to a US think-tank.
The Stalinist state recently turned up the volume on its hostile rhetoric and boasted of its nuclear and missile capability, claiming it had successfully tested a submarine-launched ballistic missile last month.
But the US-Korea Institute at Johns Hopkins University said satellite pictures indicate no signs of preparations for its fourth nuclear test being made at this time.
"Recent commercial satellite imagery indicates that North Korea is conducting regular spring construction and maintenance activities at its Punggye-ri nuclear test site," the institute said in a report by analyst Jack Liu on its website 38 North.
"There are no indications of nuclear test preparations at this time. Given the time and effort such preparations require, North Korea is unlikely to conduct another nuclear test until at least fall 2015 at the earliest," it said.
The North has conducted its three nuclear tests in 2006, 2009 and 2013, all at the Punggye-ri site in the country's northeast.
Digging of a new test tunnel at the site which began around April 2013, paused in November 2013 and resumed in February 2014 has stopped.
But it remains unclear whether work has been completed or has just simply paused, the report said.
Last month, North Korea ramped up its nuclear threat, boasting of its ability to deliver miniaturised warheads on high-precision long range rockets.
A US National Security Council spokesman rejected the claim but agreed Pyongyang was "working on developing a number of long-range missiles, including intercontinental ballistic missiles, that could eventually threaten our allies and the homeland".
