It appears that a match has been lit which is about to explode. As ISRAEL is changing back into Jewish people.  

It’s official: As of this week, Israel is no longer the only democracy in the Middle East. The immediate reason is that Tunisia, which has a newly minted democratic constitution, held a free presidential election to follow its successful legislative elections. That’s a happy story: the more democracies in the Middle East, the better for its peoples. But there’s another reason to keep a close eye on Israel’s democracy: a draft basic law — in essence, a constitutional amendment — approved by the Israeli cabinet that represents a big step backward from Israel’s traditional self-identification as both Jewish and democratic.

 The draft law as endorsed by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government is titled “Israel as the Nation State of the Jewish People.” The problem with the proposed law isn’t that it calls Israel a Jewish state. Tunisia’s democratic constitution makes Islam the official religion, and refers to the “Arab-Islamic identity” of the Tunisian people. It might not be very liberal or cosmopolitan, but a genuine democracy can permissibly enshrine its particular religious or ethnic identity in its constitutional framework — provided that it remains committed to equal rights and equal status for all citizens.

The bill makes Hebrew the only official language, demoting Arabic to a “special status.”

Insisting on equality of treatment and participation is what keeps democracy from devolving into the dictatorship of the majority. Guarantees of equality, alongside guarantees of liberty and the rule of law, are what make constitutional democracy special. Without them, democracy would mean nothing more than majority rule — and could include any regime where the government came to power by a vote.

In the past, Israel’s basic laws, like its declaration of independence, have reconciled the Jewish nature of the state with fundamental equality values by referring to Israel as a “Jewish and democratic” state. Although the exact meaning has always been contested, Israel’s courts as well as its legal scholars — and frequently, its politicians — have generally agreed that Jewishness and democracy were being placed upon an equal footing. Palestinian citizens of Israel have therefore always been legally entitled to equality despite not being Jewish.

The state’s holidays and symbols are and have been since statehood distinctively Jewish. “Hatikva,” the national anthem, expresses “the hope” of Jewish return to Israel from 2,000 years of exile — hardly the hope of Palestinians. And in practice, aspects of Israeli law and social custom have fallen short of treating Palestinian Israelis with complete equality, much as ethnic and religious minorities in other democracies face discrimination.

I find my spirit floating in outer space... close to asteroids (one big one, and many small ones around..) darkness and a dusty dry feeling comes over my soul -

I am at my childhood home on the driveway - the garage door rises up and my mother is standing there, (the garage looks more like a warehouse, which it never has) next to boxes, and on top of the boxes was two cases of Mac and Cheese ... 
She has that mothers look of serious, firm ... as she give me a couple words of motherly advice (I don't recall WAT) .. She reaches in and grabs 1 box of the M&C and hands it to me ... the garage door starts to close.. as she gives me a go get them send off ...

Israel PM defends 'Jewish state' law

JERUSALEM: Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday defended his government's approval of a law determining Israel's status as the national Jewish homeland, after President Reuven Rivlin criticised the proposal.

The cabinet on Sunday endorsed by 14 to six a proposal to anchor in law Israel's Jewish character, in a move critics said would come at the expense of democracy and institutionalise discrimination against minorities, including Arabs.

"The aim of this law is to guarantee the future of the Jewish people on its land," Netanyahu told parliament, hitting back at "those who want to question the national right of the Jewish people (to live on) this land."

On Tuesday, President Rivlin, who also hails from Netanyahu's rightwing Likud party, said he did "not understand the interest of this law."

"Placing the state's Jewish character before its democratic character puts into question its principles in the declaration of independence, which stated Israel's Judaism and democracy were values of equal importance," Rivlin said during a speech in the southern port city of Eilat.

Israel's identity is already contained in its 1948 declaration of independence, according to the Israel Democracy Institute, which said that the new proposal fails to emphasise "commitment to the equality of all its citizens".

Netanyahu insists the law will balance Israel's Jewish and democratic characteristics.

The country's parliament, the Knesset, is to vote on the law on December 3.

Critics, who include the government's top legal adviser, say the proposed change could institutionalise discrimination against its 1.7 million Arab citizens -- descendents of the 160,000 Palestinians who stayed after Israel was established in 1948.

The Palestinian leadership said Tuesday the law would "kill" Middle East peace prospects "by imposing the project of a 'greater Israel' as well as the Jewishness of the state upon the historical land of Palestine."

J-walking Time 4 Brown.

Brown should be seen as a J-walker!

I have dealt with bad cops before, and from my experience they use force first, so if a gun is pulled in a scuffle ... anyone might try to stop a gun being pointed at "them" at point blank range and pushing it away as... "clicks" go off... So it makes sense for a thumb to be hit. Brown had to run for life and not try to get shot... 4...  J-walking from a cop with an attitude.

A couple days after the shooting, the Ferguson Police Department released a video of a convenience store robbery that occurred only minutes before the shooting, calling it a STRONG ARM ROBBERY"- It showed Brown taking cigarillos and shoving a store employee who tried to prevent him from leaving. The timing of the video release received criticism from some media, the Brown family, and some public officials, who viewed the release as an attempt to impeach Brown.

At that time, the Chief of Police of Ferguson stated to the public that Wilson was unaware of the "strong armed robbery" .. They were even saying that the call went out after to him... and that the video should not have been released... Obviously several cops must of asked at that time, if he was aware of this, and he said he was not... But then the lawyers and dirty cops got to him and concocted the version, as they wanted to keep this version so they did not look bad. ???

  They claim they don't have records that they did not tape it (sure right / anyone smell bacon?) - but they have memories.. and the version that was floated out first is that the call did not go out to him / or he did not get it until after... So I would not be surprise to learn that the "time stamp" has been changed to suit the facts... as this would not fall into a "911- emergency "calling all cars" be on the look out for... Holy Smoke ... Given there was a video tape and the cops can come and get a picture ... and not just randomly target any Brown kid (in the area)  Think about it.. Shoplifter was not in custody ... Don't police dispatchers asign just one car to drive by, as he was on another call/ channel  (as the police force ... Put out the video.. Other people high up are pulling strings to make a petty theft into a "Demon"... which is typically of a most police forces. IMO  

Here you can see that he was busy on another call at (1.) 11:48 until 12:01  - so he did not get the call to respond to a petty crime (2. stole a cigar) 11:52 ... and was just on his way back to the main strip(3.)     Do cops put out an "All Points Bulletin"??? 

So it come to cop said / robber said - cop always wins because we all know cops don't lie under oath. So most testimony support him stopping and surrendering with his arms up ...

Brown took off running and Wilson followed him. Wilson said Brown eventually stopped and approached him. Wilson yelled to Brown to get on the ground. Wilson alleges Brown kept coming toward him and put his hand under his waistband of his pants....

Wilson just said -"My initial thought - he has a gun" and as witness say he staggered a little bit forward from being shot and out of breath while the the Wilson thought "HE WILL KILL ME IF HE GETS TO ME" as his body fell about 153 feet from Wilson's vehicle.

Clearly this does not make sense to run that far and turn a bull rush a cop with a gun who has shot you. It honestly makes sense to turn around and try to surrender. 

Of coarse for those that are saying there was blood 21 feet splatter beyond where his body lie... But you shoot 6 shots as the go through flesh blood could carry that distance... that nobody mentions. 

I'll bet that the U.S. Government made some sort of deal not to go after all these crooks ... as long as they clean up there act, clearly this is a sign ...

ATTORNEY GENERAL ERIC HOLDER RESIGNS  ... SHOWS THAT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WELL NOT GET INVOLVED ANYTIME SOON!  

They probably will not prosecute ... bc they would of done it by now...

Two days after the shooting, Holder said the case deserved a full review and dispatched a Justice Department team to Ferguson to try to calm tensions. The department soon launched its own civil rights investigation.

Holder ordered a federal medical examiner to perform a third autopsy on Brown and called the Brown family to express his condolences. He said aggressively pursuing these types of investigations is "critical for preserving trust between law enforcement and the communities they serve. 

... As all of them knew what the Grand Jury was doing when  Missouri Governor Jay Nixon declared a state of emergency on Monday November 17, 2014, allowing him to activate the Missouri National Guard in preparation for all this. Even the President and the FBI knew this fix was on. 

 Given everything that has happen, I don't think this as a "race" issue, as much as it is people (poor) vs corrupt Government. Even the prosecuting sounded like he was working for the city so they did not have to pay out in this Probable Causes Phase. 

Almost like he deliberately throw the case with that "statement, Was he coerced into this? I understand nobody wants to send a cop to jail... as he probably only would of gotten fired and settle out of court if this would of went to trial... Now he has to go for lying under oath, and drag down his co-conspirator.  

Clearly this is not a "Justice System" that anyone can respect. The Federal Government must step in and arrest Wilson for lying under oath to a Grand Jury! (Best bet is to get one of those cops that knew Wilson story before, and prosecute those that are in the conspiracy to these crimes.) or the Country will rise up against the "nazi-American types" that seem to be in power.

JERUSALEM Israel's prime minister vowed Monday to pass a contentious nationality law that has threatened the stability of his fragile coalition government, but he left the door open for negotiations to soften it.

The bill formally would identify Israel as the nation state of the Jewish people. But language favored by hard-liners has drawn racism accusations, been questioned by Israel's attorney general and prompted the justice minister to warn that the coalition could fall apart.

Addressing his Likud Party, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he was determined to pass it.

The bill is "expressing the fact that Israel is the national state of the Jewish people and only theirs, alongside preserving the rights of every single citizen of the state of Israel," Netanyahu said.

Israel's declaration of independence in 1948 defined the country as both Jewish and democratic. The new legislation seeks to enshrine these principles as a Basic Law, Israel's de facto constitution.

But elements of the proposal have raised concerns. Among the proposals are making Jewish law a source of legislative inspiration and delisting Arabic as an official language.

"That will endanger really the very sensitive relationship between the Jewish majority and the Arab minority inside Israel," said Ibrahim Sarsour, an Arab lawmaker.

A parliamentary vote scheduled for Wednesday was postponed for a week to allow time for a compromise proposal.

The centrist members of Netanyahu's coalition, Hatnuah and Yesh Atid, have vowed to oppose the measure in its current form. Justice Minister Tzipi Livni, leader of Hatnuah, warned that the bill's passage could topple Netanyahu's coalition and force early elections.

Debate over the nationality law comes amid soaring tensions between Israeli Jews and Israeli Arabs, who make up about 20 percent of the population of 8 million.

Over the past month, Palestinian attacks have killed 11 Israelis. The latest attack took place Monday, as an Arab assailant stabbed a Jewish man outside the old city of Jerusalem, police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said. Rosenfeld described the assault as a terror attack and said the victim was taken to a hospital.

Genetically engineered creatures that looked like zombies were unleashed and were eating the only real humans left alive. Dreamt this morning

Train... oh no this baby is out of sight.

Ridding on a train... all kinds of people... Yapping .. Blah, blah ,blah.. There was a bouncing baby (9 month, can't walk yet) in the middle of the train that catches OUR eyes ( my eye and others around me...) 
The front of the train leans down hill sharply 20° ... Where the back is flat line... The baby disappears like a ball... 
I have an idea where ... as others don't know WAT happening

well my perspective was inside the train.. And I thought I was in the middle... But Wii could of been more towards the front of this train ...as it took this 20° angle ...
They'll probably understand when   this baby .... come down the track.

 hmm... I should edit in... That Wii were in one train car ... Where people could gather in the front section (blah blahing) .. and the back 2/3 of this train car were sitting compartment and the baby was in the middle of this car ... sitting in the walkway right by the closed sitting compartment doors ... as all eyes turn to the baby... 

Then the train car seem to of spilt right where the baby was sitting ... Like the back of the car was flat, and where the group was sitting in front broke down 20° ... as everyone kind of got jerked forward and eyes turned forward 

... Then I looked back to the flat part and where the baby was ... and a sitting compartment door by the baby was open as that was at the split line (angle line) was ... as the baby should of rolled forward with the jerk ... but it appeared to have went sideways... within a split second ... as I was waiting to see if the rest of the train to take this 20° drop.. 

I was thinking where did the baby go.. as I think other people were too... Like WAT

So if your "terminally ill" / or in an accident and become so "discombobulated" (okay so I don't know a good word to use that would say ... No, I would not like to live like that. I can't do anything for myself and am a burden on others... I am being "reasonable" to society standards of "quality of life" and "happiness" ... My love ones know my wishes...  Blah, blah, blah...  I had several (3) reputable and licensed doctors ... Say ... MO (move on) ...  

They should be able to get an "okay" from a priest, if your a "CATHOLIC" .. so to be "right" with God! 

    The Pope is clearly wrong on this one!

"This is playing with life," Francis said. "Beware, because this is a sin against the creator."

... Your work wants to witness by word ... and by example that human life is always sacred, valuable. 
Some of the things he is quoted as saying is true.. But everyone has free will.

Edit: 11/15-  BRISBANE Australia (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Sunday there was a "good chance" of resolving the conflict in Ukraine as Western leaders squarely blamed Moscow and threatened to slap more sanctions if it did not take action to end the crisis.

Sounds like an invasion to resolve this issue.

I talked to harry potter's friends who were book characters. I had a dream that I can't remember all the details of, but I specifically remember the science channel at my school talking about how North Korea's missile system has increased and that they destroyed a tip of Alaska and part of a forest and village in Canada. We were all afraid and on the news everyone was told to be quiet. 

There were red lights like sirens, the sky was so dark, and the news told us that the USA released missiles bc of the threat and they showed on camera them literally plummeting around the world in minutes towards North Korea. Our president was just sitting there with a solemn expression, and I had visions on the TV and in my head of the bombs exploding everywhere. Citizens were screaming and the land was sinking underwater. Dead body parts coated the grass and literally sirens and shrieking bloody murder. North Korea was sinking into the ocean and everyone was dying, and I just started bawling for those people with no hope of living. Literally, it was wiped off the face of the Earth, and the news was saying that we were acting in defense and that they were evil communists that would've reached a major city in the States if they didn't act.

It made me sob and made me horrified. People in my dream either ignored me or gave me dark, inhuman glares. This was only a few nights ago!
