Due to Bad weather and Bad news...

As per latest dream the clock pointed to the Hour Hand is up at 12, but the Minute Hand was pointed down at 6 .... So I read the delay is too 12:30 (I did not see the second hand, but when I do, I'll tell you all when time is up.)
